Epigrams of Lamb

Last week, my butcher had some epigram of lamb in his shop and it said "very tasty". Great... that's just what I need, so I bought a piece.

It's a fairly fatty piece of lamb that's really thinly sliced. Preparing was very very simple and quick. It was delicious ! Try it out yourself. Here is an idea of what it looks like

Ingredients per person
1 slice of epigram of lamb
Salt and freshly ground black pepperolive oil

For the marinade
Olive Oil
Thyme
Coriander
Anything else you like on lamb

Prepartion
Covered epigram with Olive Oil
Rub epigram with herbs
Cooked in oven using the grill : 5 minutes on each side

Enjoy !
